How it works - incorporate a company:

1.	You fill out a short form with the data necessary for the incorporation;
2.	You pay by credit card or contact us and you can pay by wire transfer;
3.	On the next business day after payment we submit the incorporation of your company;
4.	The company is formed within 24 hours (subject to priority election);
5.	We send you email conformation of the incorporation within 24 hours of the formation;
6.	If you purchased also additional services, we will email you also all other documents or respective confirmations that you ordered

BASIC SERVICES

Basic package of services at incorporation includes:

1.	Completion of incorporation document
2.	Filing of incorporation documents with competent government authority
3.	Email notification on the incorporation within 24 hours after incorporation
4.	Mailing or emailing of stamped certificate of incorporation/formation within 24 hours after receipt from government authority (mailing or emailing depends on your selection; UK and Hong Kong by email only)

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Prior to purchasing our incorporation service, you can select one or more additional services that you might require depending on the specific use of your company:

1.	Registered agent service (each company must have an address in the state/country of its incorporation; if you do not have an address, we can order the service with us)
2.	Secretary service (required in Honk Kong, Seychells), nominee directors, nominee shareholders
3.	Operating agreement / bylaws (typically required to open bank account or if company has more members or shareholders to determine relations among them)
4.	Initial resolutions (typically required to open bank account)
5.	Share/membership certificates (typically required if company has more members or shareholders to determine relations among them)
6.	Income tax registration, federal EIN registration, employment identification number (typically required to open bank account)
7.	VAT registration (typically elected by business in EU countries)
8.	Certified certificate of incorporation/formation sent by mail (typically required in foreign countries to open bank account)
9.	Apostilled certificated of incorporation/formation sent by mail (typically required in foreign countries to make transfer of membership interests in companies)
10.	Certificate of incumbency

SUBSEQUENT SERVICES

Your company will be required to file annual reports, pay annual fees and comply with other annual requirements. You can pre-order our service in subsequent years and we will notify and assist you to comply with state required filings, make annual return fillings and pay state fees in subsequent years.

Along with the incorporation, or independently from them or for your existing company, you will can order our custom order services:
